RAPTURE!!!!!!! Ring the Alarm!!!!!

I Know I haven't been here in a long while however, I'll be prompt to resume my writing duties.
Needless to say, the blog word for today has absolutely no relations to Politics yet again, it is indeed the politics of our spirit and soul so I implore you to excuse me this one time or perhaps any other time I feel the lead to divulge the bat cage in areas of such. So Once again please excuse the subject matter of the day. Happy Digesting.

Swiftly, the doctrines of RAPTURE and Righteousness are no more herald in the place of worship. Conversely, in contrast all we hear are noisy thumping[s] of Prosperity, Miracles and declarations such as something good's about to happen " Oh!! my God!!!! I Feel the anointing in this house". [Wao!! Decadence at it's height taking the place of our spiritual consciousness as people] Yes Indeed we may feel the anointing and oh yes something great had better happen, I'm a child of God and deserve nothing less than the best. Nevertheless, how do we weigh our spirituality if and when we are afraid to stand the test of time, what if I announce in lay terms, that something bad is about to happen today? Indubitably, I'd be crucified for that simple utterance. However, that lies the question beneath the chagrin?

Permissible to inquire, if you claim you deserve the best as the child of God where are your battle axe void of fear as the man/woman with the spirit and power of Love and that of a sound mind in the midst of triumphs? With echos of revelations like the aforementioned what do you do, how do you align ourselves for that "bad" that's about to betide you {yet for the temporary}, how do we build ourself in a decorum for warfare? If indeed you deserve the best don't you realize to get to the best you have to wade the worst of challenges and/or difficulties on all fronts, you have to crucify every obstruction through warfare. Have you forgotten your chiefly duties as his first cherub, have you forgotten you are the soldier of God not the bench warmer, yet we yield to the permissible levels of atmospheric pollution promising and assuming only the good making no room for the execrable [ permissible as the norm of human nature]. When of a truth even the execrable you so desire to be the portion of your foe "they" without recourse inadvertently desire the same for you. News flash: Brethren we are indeed our own enemies in retrospect we are the enemy within, when we fail to apply practicality to our beliefs and reason, in every sense of the word, for we seek the truth, find it yet never apply it, thus we make room for the enemy without and when the hedge is broken the serpent bites

Ironically we are all made in the image and likeness of our maker. While Logos says he causes the same rain to shine on the righteous and the unrighteous, retrospective to say, we are all afforded the same opportunity prevalent to say, we have all by design been portioned to experience the greatest of seasons and the most execrable of times at one point or two in life this is without recourse this cannot be altered. Why then are we fond of dictating to our sovereign maker, when from the start he laid the foundations of the earth and established the heavens with all time and season. Why do we be cry or be judge creation in it,s original state of nature by contending his report and subjecting to mere mortals who thump inherent doctrines of old then conforming to the world, satisfying their urge with what they want to hear not what they "need" to hear thereby, maintaing their number of congregation, hence, unconsciously, perverting what should be from fear of loss thus, missing the link and braking the chains of righteousness. Pertinent brethren is one simple word "Truth" Logos once again says buy the truth and sell it not for not to speak the truth is as though you sell or somewhat like tossing your birthright for a piece of morsel.

Righteousness, Holiness, Genuine Love, Humility, Chastity and Compassion are words I haven't heard sermonized in a long time all I hear are prosperity, wealth. Ostentatious materialism abruptly taking the place of spiritual consciousness and oh!! how I miss that [please don't get me wrong prosperity is our divine rights, and of great importance nevertheless, it should not be prioritized over our righteousness for when we seek the things of the spirit all of these things would expediently fall into place. As earlier stated I Miss that place of spiritual consciousness and I'm asking may we please go back to the days of old and the essence of our spirituality, the height of travesty which suddenly replaced our essence as spiritual haulers has lead many more astray than to righteousness. Need I say more the 2nd coming is real and very near so be thou conscious, ready and alert. May we not be found wanting at the hour of visitation. Ask your self are you Indeed Ready for the Final Hour???? I'm willfuly working on mine.

Addendum: Quick Observation, I deliberately made no mention of Christ, Allah, Rajah or Buddha for this word in season is for the consciousness of all, not of a fine sect of select but for all so SELAH my brethren SELAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

OBAMA and CLINTON!!!!!! [Color, race and/or age?]

My intellect is in denial and my curiosity keeps me wondering about these two candidates[Clinton and Obama].

I'm inquisitive to know what's on the mind of others regarding the views of the democrats in general. What do you think about the constant bickering between Obama and Clinton, is this the dirty play part of politics, or outright pettiness/immaturity. Who do you favor, in your opinion who's more qualified and why the assertion? I discern majority will effortlessly conclude that both candidates are qualified, Ironically I'm of the same opinion. However as much as i assert that both candidates[Obama and Clinton] are equally qualified the Universalist Principle idea shadows my consciousness and i'm forced to believe this is the case in this circumstance. The universalist Principle that is if it applies to one it applies to the others could this be the case?

Without gainsaying, we know America, is a country with the greatest conspiracy theory. One is therefore, compelled to assume the worse case scenario in events as such as this primary elections/caucuses [re-voting, rigging, et-all] bearing in mind that anything can happen in "this America"!!!!

With this said, the question now remains will this be another conspiracy theory in the quest for change in the history of America or is this assertion of qualification [re- who is more qualified] based on the Universalist Principle and ideas, will gender, race and/or age play a resounding role in all of this, has American come to the age of change and meritocracy or still in the dark ages of color play [for lack of a better word]. Which one is it? I'm curious to know.

So Short Farewell!!!! Brigadier Solomon Giwa Amu.

http://allafrica.com/stories/200802190056.html
February 18th 2008 at exactly 9:02am a day that would forever resonate. My phone rang excited about the detail on the caller ID enlivened to hear the voice behind the call nonetheless, my excitement was cut short from the breaking news flash. Brigadier general Solomon Giwa-Amu a fine irreplaceable soldier of repute and integrity died doing what he knows how to do best. What a shock, what a loss, what a life!!!

Excuse me as I introduce him to you General Solomon Giwa Amu, was my Boss, my mentor, my motivator, my family beyond blood ties, but above all my friend. Humility is the only sane word that can best describe this individual if you knew him I believe you would attest this fact. He was ever ready, ever willing, and always eager to help any and everyone in anyway; he was passionate about his family and passionate about people in general.

Solo [My ex-Boss] as his colleagues would call him was constantly strategizing realistic initiatives of how to move the Nation forward towards a better Nigeria and above all passionate about how to help one more child through education. To brigadier Amu education was the key to unlocking all doors then death came with it's sting, without invitation, without notice, without recourse and took this leader, finest soldier, colleague, friend, brother, husband, Father, uncle, mentor and motivational speaker away. My heart bleed, bloodied but drab tears of pain sorrow and regret. Regret, not for the life he lived for he lived this life a living legend with legacies visible and invisible, on the contrary my heart bleed with regret for the loss of a great nation for we had lost a rare gem, a tenacious leader, a discreet philanthropist an advocate to and for many above all a fine soldier passionate about his home country “Nigeria” one who was ready to die for change.
Giwa-Amu served as Obasanjo’s ADC between 1999 and 2003, after which he was posted to the United States as Defense Attaché. He was appointed Army Public Relations Director on his return from the United States to Nigeria last year 2007.

Solomon Giwa-Amu gone with the wind I’d say, the wind of change he prayed to come for Nigeria the invariable wind of change that took him away from us. Now as a nation, as family, as friends, as children, as nephew/nieces and as loved ones we are left to console ourselves with the legacy and memories he left behind.

SGA-Oga Amu as I would call you. My soul bleeds and my heart is torn knowing you left without saying goodbye. You were a leader, husband, father, friend, brother, uncle and neighbor according to the standard of God. You loved effortlessly, smiled effortlessly, gave effortlessly because you were blessed you blessed others. A true soldier to the finest, your words resonate in my head. May God the maker and giver of life comfort Judith[his wife], and all immediate and extended family in his warm embrace of strength and love by sufficiently gracing them with the fortitude to bear your loss as he soothes their pains away with sweet memories shared in the past.
You are irreplaceable and we will forever miss you. Nevertheless, for now we are left to console ourselves with the memories and legacy you left behind knowing we will one day meet again at the bosom of the father. My heart broods over the awe and incredulity of that day so for now I say so "short" farewell but I don’t wish to say goodbye. R.I.P my friend, mentor and Motivator for you were all of that and more. Advanced Illiteracy

This morning, while browsing through the daily online Nigerian news I came across an article titled “Exorbitant School Fees” and I was immediately appalled by its content. The instant rush of thought in my mind came in the form of questions!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where are we going, what is wrong with the state of our Nation!!
Where is our collective responsibility as a nation?

We are already faced with a high number of uneducated children in Nigeria which once again validates the state of illiteracy in a supposed great nation. Statistics show an approximate number of 10million school aged children are not attending school, of this number 4.7 million are of primary school age, while 5.3 million are of secondary school age. How do we explain this, what happened to the “No child Left Behind policy act”with such exaggerated increase in tuition fees, where is the representation of the common child’s basic right to education which enacts the theories of standard based education reform, . Is there really a dream to live for, is it necessary to fall into the slumber of sleep in quest for the anticipated dream to occur? I’m lost confused and yet enraged by the unnecessary increment in school fees.

Now a state governor has giving a tactic approval to this effect by endorsing an outrageous increment in school fees when the average family earns a derisory amount in salary barely sufficient for the basic needs and wants of the common family.
The concern for a better Nigeria grows by the seconds yet some of our leaders are in themselves the barricading factors of progress, they make endorsements to such effect hitherto to that salary wages remain the same while their own children attend some of the best colleges abroad is this fair, and is this life? Where is the heart of God in man, I wonder!!!!!!!!!!! These so called governors [few I would say] while quick to approve such increment are slow to approve an increase in the common workers salary why is this the case? This increment initiative would only be acceptable if the rationale behind it is geared at benefiting our teachers as incentive for their relentless efforts. However, I doubt this is the case except I’m convinced otherwise.

Stand with me people as we join forces in the campaign to counter this increment in tuition fee. Let us demand a Bipartisan resolution and call for the enactment of the “No Child Left behind Policy ” as the right of the common child otherwise, we would be aiding advanced illiteracy in our nation.
I’m too enraged to continue writing. Attached is the link in retrospect to the article in question please feel free to study, examine, analyze and scrutinize this article.

Expectations, Observations, & Propositions.

It's the fifth day of the New Year and I can gladly attest that I have accomplished three major successes. Mine started out on a very brilliant note and I’m hopeful for greater things to come, first I started off this blog a vision I put on hold for the longest time due to procrastination, then the ushering in of promotions, et-al what more can I ask for but be thankful. However, with all that said and done I have a job to do and my purpose is to carry it out without recourse.

EXPECTATIONS!
Needless, to say it is essentially palpable to introduce the objectives and distinctive purpose of this blog page to my readers, while it’s imperative to note that each viewer/reader anticipates a mental image of expectancy which is often compared to a regular standard of the common aim, however to whatever degree the expectations may be your expectations for this blog delivery will not be the “regular”, more often than none the purpose of this blog will be geared at the political pragmatist nevertheless, there’ll be a balance of both worlds as I would be sure to deliver other subject matters such as Fashion, Music, Global events, and any other essential appeal as it comes natural to me. Having established the aforementioned I’m ready to divulge the focus of the day.

OBSERVATIONS!!Majority would agree with me that development and Industrialization are totally distinct, In my opinion, that is the present state of the Nigerian Economy. The last visit to my glorious home country “Nigeria” was in August 2007, a country I constantly look forward to visiting apart from the outrageously purported airline fee; I had made a prior trip before this particular one was in 2002 evidently, a lot had changed since then and the difference was lucid, the experience was something I was looking forward to and a totally new and exciting one at that: I was determined to have all the fun I could gather in addition to the overly hyped exaggerations from friends, blogs and the national media my expectations were as high as the mountain so I was more than ready. After a couple of jetlag days and family meandering I decided to hit the streets of Lagos [Eko ile] alas! to my surprise what did I see, cornucopia of malls, lounge bars, movie theatres, resorts et-all just mention it all the works, I’ll admit that for me it was a bit of excitement and anticipated expectations but on the other hand more of exasperation why, you wonder! simply because one part of me was utterly pleased that Nigeria had suddenly moved from its dormant state to a nation that suddenly embraced and incorporated the reward of technological advancement [globalization] in the context of modernization while the other part of me was furious and appalled that it took so long to get there considering Nigeria had/has all the basic resources and the economic capacity [devoid of the deeply rooted corruption and embezzlement of the oil resource funds] necessary to put this new advancement in place, for this sole reason my excitement was shattered and it got me thinking and saying what is now should have been years ago. Moreover, this sudden progression is more of industrialization than development a new breed of compartmentalization focused on the benefit of the new improved multinational firms with little or no intent to nourish our economy towards attaining the necessary basic infrastructure required for development and as a result one is forced to wonder how a nation can really progress without a major welfare system in terms of health, education, and the basic amenities/infrastructure such as constant light, water, good roads, oil and adequate natural supply in place . The most nauseating of it all is this, with all this “effizy-ation” [as I would like to call it] which has caused the focus and the desire for a developed nation to shift from pertinent desires of development to insatiable citizens who have become more and more concerned about what they can expeditiously gain from the rapid industrialization that surrounds them leading majority to focus on mere superficialities. Nonetheless, I am aware that industrialization has to occur for development to take place furthermore, for one theory to work one has to balance the other in order to propel the growth of the latter nevertheless, in the case of Nigeria this urgent plea for change is an anticipated expectation that should have transpired virtually four decades ago the question now is what went wrong, how can we make exigent amends?

PROPOSITIONS.The question and concern for change is an analytical one yet not a one man battle retrospective to the thinking of many Nigerians who have resorted to a pattern of blaming past and future leaders for all the woes of our economy overlooking the fact that we as citizens are indeed the rule of law and for that law to work it’s total allegiance and obedience must start from within the individual therefore we are all guilty and responsible for the present state of our glorious nation what we require now is collective responsibility and action to pursue certain political and cultural goals on behalf of ourselves towards a better Nigeria. In my opinion I would assert a few propositions which are basic and that of a realist if you agree with me Fashion, music, entertainment and all the excessive superficiality westernization brings will not save the day what we need now is the unusual and the extraordinary what we need is a pragmatic leader one with a thriving yet convincing civil agenda someone skillful and knowledgeable, more so pragmatic citizens who are determined, capable and ruthlessly motivated for change. In addition to the rapid growth of industrialization what “we as a nation must exigently do is embrace “Nationalism” [ the sense of identity to ones nation, a community of equals where in we lay more emphasis on the promotion of our culture and national interest as opposed to those of supranational groups], in order to navigate our economy and align it to the height of greater independence both politically and economically these factors and many more are the primary motivating elements necessary to deliver us from our present state of subterfuge and set us in a go forward motion.[It’s 2008!! Wake up Nigeria let’s ply the way to go]

Today is Tomorrow, Tomorrow is the Future!!!!!!!!

The Future.
HAPPY NEWYEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It;s 2008 another year, a million expectations, a million resolution, a million restitutions, a million evaluation, a million revolution. Ironicaly a million miles we've come a million more to go. Some we;ll achieve others we'll plunder like these "revs" lows &"tions" were never made nevertheless, another year has come and the clock ticks in seconds, minutes, and time the aunction of new beginnings, time in memories, memories of history, histories of Nations, families, lovers, friends, yet again histories of death, birth and that of newlife, like a boomerang ball going in circle it would all evolve like true revolution to the origination of it's nature.

The question is "What, where and how?

"Where do we start from , yes it's a New Year and yes we made it tomorrow is gone never to resurrect again only in memories of how we lived it but not in time, we planned, we prayed we hoped, we wanted, desired and craved yet how many accomplishments can we take pride in, how many can we state for a fact that we overcame without challenges yet we rejoice cos it,s a newyear trust me it is and there'll always be New Years till eternity even though we all live on borrowed days and no one's promised tomorrow yet we celebrate the essence of living by rejoicing in the now. Thank God for that, nevertheless how many asked the maker for directions, directives, actions, plans and the vision of purpose for this Year remember every year comes with it's own designed purpose what is yours?

What is yours??????
I question myself at the thought of this inquiry and i ponder, yet wonder 'what indeed is mine, yes my purpose, your purpose, our collective purpose for the year, for the nation, for our families, for our society, for our children, and most importantly for "My/Our Generation' did i forget to mention that "WE" you and i are the future generation tomorrow starts from today so what is it and what is yours? "Purpose"?The choices we make today dictates the lives we live so before we respond please take a minute or two ponder and restructure the "New year" it is essential to state that with wrong decisons and failure to appropriate adequate planning the new [year] could become the old in a minute, therefore it is imperative to take it slow one day at a time.

How 2008 i ask?
How? you wonder? logical, easy, simple and straight, take it back to the 'master planner', the maker , start it off with him, give it all to him, and he'll walk with you step by step, day by day all you need to do is lay the visions plain on the table so that he that reads it may run with it.
Once again,
Happy 2008. Have a Glorious and Delightful one.
